At TotalDesignZ.com, we are designers and good at it, we are NOT sales people.
Simply put, we don't like talking about money. We love talking about the actual
project. I.e. how to build the site, what goes into it, what should and shouldn't be
done and so on, but we have never been very comfortable talking money. 
Since we do excellent work, most of our business comes from referrals but since
we're always looking to broaden our horizons, we have an affiliate program the
likes of which you'll never see. Not only do most of our colleagues offer you
nothing but a "thanks" if you should refer someone to them, the few that do,
offer a low 2% in commission or sometimes $40-50 in referral fee.

We offer eligible partners a minimum of 10% and as much as 25% of the project
that you send us. There is NO cost to you, NO obligation and NO way for you
to lose money or not get paid. It's very simple, we do NOT like to sell and the
more of the client/sales work you do, the higher the commission.

At TotalDesignZ.com, we don't go out selling our services (i.e.. make cold calls)
but the way we see it. If you save us time by bringing us a new customer, you
should be rewarded and handsomely so. 

Here's how it works:
Let's assume you know someone that might be interested in our services.
If that client hires us to do work for them, then you would be eligible for
a minimum of 10% provided this is a new or unknown client to us. Keep in
mind that if we have already been in contact with this client, then this offer
does not apply. 
If you do all the client contact until we have an agreement, a signed contract
and the usual 50% deposit, then as much as 25% of this could be yours. This
is a case by case basis and you should always contact us before, but we do
this with our affiliates and our latest 5 figure project was a referral.

As you understand, since you handle all client contact, you also have full 
control and there is no way you can lose anything and there's no cost to you.
The only requirements we have from you is that you represent us in a professional
manner and do not make any claims without checking with us first.  This offer applies
to the first job we do for this client only and the client becomes ours. Any subsequent
jobs for this client are ours and will not be rewarded with any referral fees/commission.
One of the reasons for offering commission for the first project only is so that you will try
to make the initial job as large as possible. This benefits all of us. The client gets all the
work they need done up front and they can start benefiting from a complete site ASAP.
You benefit from a maximum commission and we of course from a good contract.

Commission is not paid for printing, maintenance or ongoing work, hosting and other
third party services or services that involves anyone outside of TotalDesignZ.com.
In any case, most of the work we do is design work and that is included in this program
which leaves room for some enormous referral fees. Again, the highest in the business.

Here are a few figures:
Suppose you brought us a $20 000 webdesign job. If we talk to the client about anything
before the signing of the contract, you make $2000, but if you do all the talking (i.e. we don't
talk about money, contract and so on) and simply bring us a signed contract with the 50%
down payment, you can get as much as $5000. Note that after we receive the contract, we
will then assume all the contact with the client to make sure they get the best site ever.

What you are doing is the selling part. Most of these referrals usually only require a few
meetings with the client which translates to a few hours but sometimes, you will have to 
stay in touch with a client for weeks. In any case, this usually translates to very few hours
of actual work so do the math. Divide $5000 by 40 ($125/hour) which would be a weeks work
and take our word for us, no one pursues a client for 40 hours. This is unheard of.
